So the thing about Panda’s is that they faff and they faff alot. They get going on one thing, only to be distracted and set off in another direction. The same can be said for this website, so many times I start….and then I get distracted and never complete a post, so in fact I never actual post anything, so I have spent the day, going through all my old crafting photos and sorting them, whilst starting to plan new ideas and projects. So, if you can bear with me, I am going to try and post about old, completed projects and new projects that are either currently in progress or nearing / completed.
Currently I am visiting Spain for the Easter break we arrived in our motorhome over a week ago and I thought that this would be the prefect time to get going on this website, however I have spent the majority of the time crocheting, 3 projects, reading and generally fixing the motorhome, as well as running around after the K9’s.
As ever, when I go away on holiday I pack crafty stuff to do and being a non spacial aware Panda, travelling in a tardis I pack too much. For this ten day holiday, I brought a cross stitch, 2 knitting looms, an array of crochet needles, a loads of balls of wool and a tapestry. Obviously I have no concept of time either, as there is no way that I would get through this amount of crafting, this side of Christmas let alone Easter. So of the crafting has been somewhat hindered as I forgot to pack the loom needles to do the loom knitting with and I had to give up my reading glasses in exchange for varifocals.
I love visiting Spain at this time of year, the temperature is just getting warm and Spring is very firmly on its way, I was looking out the garden today and I can see the Orange trees blossoming and as well as the Lemons and Pears. I love blossoms, especially Cherry Blossoms and would love to travel to Japan and experience them. Every day I have looked at the Pear tree, at the start of the week it was a bear twig, then beautiful lime green leaves started to shoot out and now at the end of the week the first blossoms are starting, which indicate where the fruits will grow once the busy bess have been and worked with the blossom, the flower then dies and starts to grow into a beautiful fruit. Its all about growth, renewal and focus.
